What to expect

Upon arriving at Blue Water, customers proceed to one of our automated cashiers to select and pay for a desired car wash. The automated cashiers at Blue Water are very advanced, using audio, video and touch-screen technology to make selection of service and payment very easy. Customers have the option to pay with cash, token, gift card or credit card. Credit card processing is done via high-speed internet making processing times less than three seconds. After selecting a wash and providing payment, customers proceed to the entrance of the car wash. A Blue Water employee guides customers onto the conveyor which pushes vehicles through the wash tunnel. The conveyor, wash tunnel and wash equipment are very similar to the equipment found at full-service car washes. Our customers, however, always maintain possession of their vehicles and remain in them during the wash. After the car has been washed, customers exit the tunnel and have the option to use one of many vacuum spaces available for free and timeless vacuuming. Gas station-style canopies cover the vacuum spaces, and central vacuums power the drops located at each parking space. A car wash takes less than 3 minutes, with vacuuming time varying by customer. Our facility is clean, spacious, well lighted and very pleasing for everyone.
